"The hotel is very “meh” for what you pay. The bed is just okay, and the pillows are HORRIBLE—plus there was only one per person, so I had to ask for more. There was a hair in the shower, and there was very little complimentary water. The only good thing is that the room was spacious, but overall it felt overpriced for what it is. The location is good, and the staff is pretty average."

"Lovely clean room & staff were very helpful & friendly. The only complaint I would have is that there was a horrible drain/sewer smell in the bathroom of room 104 - not sure if this was coming from the toilet or the shower - didn’t complain to reception as I was hardly ever in the room but not a nice smell! Rooms were cleaned every day & clean towels & new shower gel provided daily."
