Upon checking they were very accommodating when we arrived early before check in. They made sure we were comfortable until our room was ready - even gave us a complimentary glass of champagne! "I really appreciated the fact that each person gets their own locker to lock up their luggage and all of their personal items, the kitchen was really big too with everything you need in a kitchen, multiple lounge areas, and best of all was the rooftop pool, you'll never see this in any other hostel! We get plenty of space in each pod with each bed, and the bathrooms were really nice as well! They get cleaned every day from what I noticed! Had some really good help from the receptionists as well especially Martín! -Chad (AL)"
