"This is hands down one of the prettiest and coolest properties you can stay in, in rural Portugal. The property, room and pool and service was amazing, but the town itself situated in is also just one of the coolest experiences. So many handmade items included in your stay and available to purchase. The host is amazing, super friendly and laid back. The grounds were beautiful, unique and has so much character. We stayed here for a night after taking the train into Pochino and it was one of the...

"Amazing accommodation. D’Autor village is a beautiful property composed of several small villas, with a great pool that overlooks the valley. Please is spotless, with great hospitality and very nice staff that is always there to help and answer any questions you may have. Breakfast was plentiful and very good. Property is located in the Vinho verde region so expect some travelling if you’d like to visit the Douro valley."

"We had a lovely relaxing time at Villa Almada. Our separate accommodation to the main boutique hotel was comfortable, clean, quiet and peaceful. The pool and outside area was just gorgeous! The kitchen /lounge/dining area had everything you could possibly need, and breakfast always offered variety and was really tasty! The staff at Villa Almada were kind and very helpful, always offering advice and guidance when we needed it. "This property was absolutely perfect for my family of 9 people. Everyone had great rooms (comfortable, spacious and clean) and there were common areas for us to enjoy time together (Library room and the pool/patio).. The property was very well situated, with a fruit/vegetable stand right across the street and with bars and restaurants nearby. A terrific café/bakery right around the corner was a daily first stop!! Many of the things we wanted to do in Porto were also within walking distance of...

Pestana Vintage Porto Hotel & World Heritage Site

10/10 Excellent

"Great location. Updated room. It was clean. Had a great view."

Eurostars Aliados

10/10 Excellent

"Central location - within 10-15 mins you are by the river, and just a few minutes away from the famed Lello library and Sao Bento station . It is steps away from the Aliados metro - which is great if you are taking transit to/from the airport. The room was clean and quiet which I appreciate. I like that it is located away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist area. Would happily stay here again."

The Rebello Hotel & Spa

8/10 Good

"Excellent view from room, nicely located hotel, great reception staff who were very helpful. However…. Food and beverage experience let it down. No flexibility with menu in restaurant, extremely small glass of wine in rooftop bar which was extortionate for a house wine. Breakfast area was uncomfortable, more like a busy airport cafe and everyone on their phones so no relaxation or special feel. The bed sheets were polyester mix so we were itching all night."
