"Nice location, hotel is good too. Breakfast is fine, nothing too different! I gave a four rather than a five star as i didn’t find the hotel staff too welcoming and courteous. On day 2 i had to ask for room cleaning a couple of times and it was done past 6pm inspite of me putting the tag outside. I came back in the afternoon and room was not cleaned. Apart from that hotel is good, location is great"

"The location, room size, breakfast, and general hotel was good. The main issue is that as it’s a new hotel, it seems to have a lot of unnecessary gadgets that are either hard to work (I had to call reception to ask how to put the aircon on), but also there were 4 sources of light that couldn’t be turned off, including charging points with red lights right next to each pillow, and the bathroom mirror when ‘off’ was still bright enough to light the room at night time. A real shame as I had a terrible night of sleep in an otherwise good hotel. If they can figure that out then I would recommend it to others."

"What a lovely hotel. Perfectly located. Warm atmosphere. Maria in front desk was particularly helpful, getting us into fully booked restaurants and helping with itinerary and inspiration-what a gem👌 Negative(minor) the en-suite toilet leaves nothing to the imagination, very echoey to the partner still in bed🤔😬 Lovely pool & sauna area."

"We had a fantastic stay here! I’ll admit I was a touch apprehensive at first because of the lack of windows, but I found that wasn’t a problem at all. The AC was excellent and maintained a nice cool temperature throughout. I also really liked how the shower had a full door. We got breakfast for two mornings and that was fantastic! Food is cooked and replenished right there, so you know it’s freshly prepared. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and I will happily stay there again when I’m in Porto!"

"La tranquillité de notre chambre était très apprécié. Le roof top est juste incroyable. Le concept de l’hôtel est très bien pensé pour du court et long terme. Endroit pour travailler, étudier ou même faire une réunion , laveuse /sécheuse disponible. Bien situé, quelques minutes à pied de tout ."
