10/10 Excellent

"We had a very pleasant stay at this modern and well-designed hotel. The technology and overall atmosphere made our visit especially enjoyable. That said, there are a few small improvements that could make a big difference for guests. For example, the room had only three hangers, which isn’t quite enough for a family stay. Also there was just one hook for bath towels; having at least two would be much more practical. We also noticed that the in-room mini fridge did not keep items cold. When we asked about it, we were told it’s designed to maintain a temperature of around 16°C. It was a bit confusing, as guests typically expect a fridge to properly chill food and drinks. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. "

"Typical tired Hilton franchise: dirty stained hall carpets, steam room not working, no water in 25L cooler, both treadmills out of order, spa massage underwhelming, meager buffet(didn’t try it, went out to Wilson’s, 2min walk). This place has seen better days, franchise owner is minimizing expenses at cost of reputation. Front desk staff v attentive, doing their part. "

"Paid for river view and it did not disappoint! great proximity to lots of things. Just far enough away to be super quiet and relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. Rooftop was super lovely. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Only minor complaint: at the price i paid per night... i was really hassled for bottled water in my room. Silly. "
