Located on the North part of Cape San Blas, Salt Cured sits directly between the Gulf of Mexico and the St. Joseph Bay in an exclusive townhome community. There is plenty of room for everyone in this 2,000 sq ft home which feels brand-new with all updated furniture, mattresses, and linens. Three separate patio areas, including an outside dining area for four, make enjoying the outside easy. Check out the pool area from your deck and take in the Gulf of Mexico with peek-a-boo views.

Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, a smart TV, and brand-new mattresses and linens to ensure a great night of sleep. There are two master bedrooms, one on the 2nd floor and one on the 3rd floor, which have a King bed and a door to their own patio.

The top floor of Salt Cured is a gorgeous open floor with both a large living room and stellar kitchen area. The living room has a couch and two armchairs with ample seating for everyone as well as a large smart TV with DVD player. There are a handful of DVDs to watch, along with a few board games, and even some novels to take to the pool or beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need from a toaster, blender, hand mixer, crockpot, and Keurig Duo along with nearly every type of kitchen gadget you could think of.

On the ground level, you will find a hall closet stocked with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, as well as a plethora of beach toys. We also keep a high chair, pack-and-play and baby gate in the hall closet for our guests to use. Salt Cured also comes with a beach cart and a gas grill. Beach access steps from the property, simply follow the walking path past the lovely community swimming pool (open year-round, NOT HEATED).

Notes on the elevator at Salt Cured:
You are welcome to use the elevator, but please be VERY patient. It is slow and has specific instructions that must be followed for it to work properly. Couple of tips... make sure the inner and outer doors on all levels are closed or it will not work at all. When opening the outer door from inside the elevator, a little trick is to pull the door towards you and the push it open. Children under the age of 12 MUST NOT be allowed to ride alone or play with the elevator. It is a safety issue. You are responsible for ensuring the elevator is properly operated and not abused. It is very expensive to have the elevator repaired and serviced.
