    With over 4,100 square feet, five bedrooms, and five baths, the home comfortably sleeps up to 13 guests. It’s a great fit for extended families or multiple families vacationing together who want plenty of space to spread out while still enjoying time together.

    Just steps away, you’ll have access to 200 feet of semi-private beach via your own dune walkover. Whether you’re heading out for a morning walk, a full beach day, or sunset views, it’s all right outside your door. Inside, large windows and multiple decks make it easy to enjoy the Gulf views throughout the home. This home also features an elevator that services all floors, making gulf front living a reality for all.

    The occupancy limit is strict at 13 guests, including children/infants. If this policy is violated, guests will be evicted without refund.

    This property is strictly no pets allowed.

    A maximum of five (5) vehicles are allowed on the property at a time. One (1) boat 25’ in length or less is allowed on the property. Guests may not bring multiple boats or RV’s.

    Initial supplies are provided so that you can arrive and settle on in your first day. Including: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo + conditioner, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap and sponge, dishwasher liquid, dishwasher drying aid, 4 rolls of paper towels, a few trash bags and some other misc. items. PLEASE expect to replenish supplies yourself at local store during your stay.

    **Please note the elevator may be used throughout your stay, but be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. If any issues arise during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our remote beach location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee. Children under the age of 13 must always be accompanied by an adult when operating the elevator.**
