“Sea Bella” has been thoughtfully renovated and tastefully decorated to offer a Secluded Dunes experience in a quaint package. Among the many updates afforded this home includes a new in-ground, private, heated pool. A large great room with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, and plenty of seating leads to a covered screened porch and adjacent sunbathing deck. Stroll down the private boardwalk to enjoy the splendorous white sand beach and sparkling waters. This home sets at the very end of the developed land on the Cape and nearly adjacent to an additional seven miles of undeveloped beach and dunes to explore.

Cape San Blas is a place where families come to relax, friends unite, and memories are made. This fifteen mile west-facing peninsula in the panhandle of Florida offers amazing white sand beaches, emerald gulf waters and the highest dunes on the gulf coast. The home sets only a couple of miles from TH Stone Memorial State Park and a plethora of untouched tropical nature. The town of Port St Joe is a twenty-minute drive where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping and a full-service marina.

Slice of Heaven

We had a very fun and relaxing time at Sea Bella. Everything was perfect, the weather, the uncrowded beach and of course the accommodations. When not on the beach, we had our own private pool to enjoy. Traveling from Wisconsin made for a long drive but well worth it for this slice of heaven!

Relaxing stay at S ea Bella

Lovely well-appointed home located close to TH Stone State Park, and on a very quiet stretch of beach. Restaurants, and a couple of stores nearby. ( The General Store is a busy little spot. Friendly people, and resonable prices) Communication, and check-in were a breeze. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, and the extra touches. Donna was very responsive. Would stay again.

Love Love Love

We loved the property. Secluded area, and we had the beach just about to ourselves! What I liked the best about the inside of the house was that bedrooms, kitchen, and living area were all on one floor. No stairs to climb! Definitely, looking at booking again, for next year!!

Lovely getaway

My husband and I stayed at the property for just under a week. The location is wonderful and secluded. Just what we were looking for. The living space and kitchen area gracious and vaulted which is hard to see from the online photos. We enjoyed every day spend there with morning walks - you can see sunrise from the kitchen window and sunset from back porch. The local seafood market just down the road was a perfect spot for fresh seafood. We are looking forward to coming back soon.

Blissful San Blas

We had a lovely stay at the Sea Bella. It was a much needed relaxing vacation. The property views are breathtaking, as are the sunsets. The pool was a great plus on the days we did not want to go to the beach. There were ample chairs by the pool and on the screened in porch. The kitchen was well supplied with mixers, silverware, dinner ware, etc. The eating area had 8 chairs-accommodating all of us. T here is a big screened in porch, patio doors and beach view from the master bedroom and one of the guest rooms. There is also a sun deck for tanning. The master has a great bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and there were enough bath towels and bed linens. Suggest supplying enough beach towels so there is one for each guest. The house has a great set up, allowing all parties privacy. The dryer did not work very well and the icemaker was broke-both but those were small inconveniences. The beach gear rental company is very much worth the cost-highly recommend it. The property management company was very accommodating and helpful!

Beautiful Beachfront Escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first snowbird season and everything was wonderful. Sea Bella could not be situated in a better spot. We literally would wake up and walk out the door down onto the beach. The house was immaculate and wonderfully stocked (kitchen especially!) The open floor plan was especially nice as we could enjoy the full view of nightly sunsets from the kitchen/living and dining room and the bedrooms. We were so happy to be able to find a gulf front property where we could bring our dog too. He LOVED lounging on the screened in porch overlooking the beach and then going for his strolls with us in the sand. Everyone we met was so friendly. Got to enjoy some excellent seafood at a variety of local restaurants as well. And let’s not forget the donuts! Both at Scallop Cove and Weber’s (yes, we had to try both!!) Overall, just a super relaxing time in a superb location away from the cold and snow at home.Brian & Donna are fantastic to deal with; both are super responsive and helpful. We so appreciated their help when we decided to add one more week on at the end of our stay as we just were not ready to leave all the fun in this sun.We cannot wait to return in 2026!

The tile floor in the kitchen is cracked and pieces of tile are missing posing a potential for injury. The mattresses need to be replaced and the bunk beds need reinforcing as they squeak with a simple turning of a body. The boardwalk to the beach has nails protruding and poses a danger.

Great Location, but.....

The floors were very sandy. The deck door was rusted and hanging by one hinge. Plexiglass panels around pool were detached. Management is always responsive - but the house needs some overall TLC. I emailed the manager after our stay and she indicated that everything had been corrected. I hope so, but our experience was disappointing this year.

We practically had a private beach. The house was everything as described. The kitchen had every appliance and accessory you could ask for, including a separate ice machine in the kitchen. Our property manager was awesome, always quick to respond with any questions we had prior to our stay. You won’t be disappointed if you book this home.

Everything was absolutely perfect from the moment we booked to the time we checked out. In fact, we can't wait to do it again next year!!

It is like having your own private beach! The house itself was beautiful, comfortable, and had the extra attention to detail! Specifically, the amount of casual seating, dinning seating, and cookware was big enough to accommodate the amount of people in the house is set for. The pool was a big hit for convenient “beach breaks” With the kids. Highly recommend this houseANd working with this rental company for any other priorities. The ice machine was not functioning and Donna from Be Our Guest sent someone over with ice right away. The repairman stopped Monday to look at the ice maker and it required a part. Since we evacuated early Tuesday morning, I’m unsure if it was repaired. We were extremely disappointed we did not get to spend the full week in this home!! Donna has been fabulous and has offered to get the ball rolling on our claim to the travel insurance company. Thank goodness we purchased travel insurance at the time of booking!! I’m not sure how much of our stay will be reimbursed at this point, but hopefully a good amount.

Great location. Pool was great! There are a lot of steps leading down from the boardwalk to the beach, if you plan to use a beach cart, be prepared to carry it up & down a lot of steps! 2 of the king masters share a bath, which was a bit different, but I was aware it was laid out this way, so it wasn’t a problem for us. We were able to watch both the sunrises and the sunsets from the house!!! Overall, it was a great week & we enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again!
