With 4,600 square feet, 5 bedrooms, and 4 baths, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out—whether you’re gathering together or enjoying a quiet moment to yourself.


Inside, the expansive great room brings the whole family together with an open living and dining area and a fully stocked gourmet kitchen. Culinary enthusiasts will love the electric stove, double ovens, two refrigerators, custom sink, granite countertops, and abundant seating at the Amish-crafted dining table. A 75-inch TV and oversized, cozy sectional make the main living area perfect for movie nights, while additional seating, a picnic table, and a game/card table provide even more ways to relax and play.


A loft overlooking the great room adds yet another fun hangout space, complete with a regulation foosball table. The second living area runs the full width of the home and showcases panoramic bay views through expansive windows. This space includes a 60-inch TV, ample seating for up to nine, game tables, a desk, and access to a screened porch with additional outdoor seating.

Launch your boat just a mile away at the State Park and keep it docked just steps from the house—there’s also plenty of room in the oversized driveway to park your trailer.
