Very Nice

This property was very nice and spacious. It was set up to be very kid friendly. But we did not have any kids under 16 with us. Just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Great property

We were in town for a family wedding. Property was clean, well equipped and easy to find. The beach was at most a 5 minute walk away. I would recommend it and will keep in mind for another visit. Thanks!

Family trip to Mexico Beach

This was a last minute trip for my family. The description of the townhouse was very accurate. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with everything needed to cook a meal including many spices/salt/pepper which is nice to have and not have to purchase. The host, Jevon, was always quick to respond to questions. I gave 3 stars for the check in process because after traveling for 8+ hours and two cars with 6 cranky little kids I was told the townhouse wasn’t going to be ready at 4:00 pm which was the stated check in time. We finally got in around 5:15 pm. This was not great! I will say that the walk to the beach was a bit longer than 3 minutes. Especially when you have kids, coolers, wagon/beach cart and all the other stuff that goes with taking kids to the beach. It took about 10-15 minutes to get to the beach to set up our stuff for the day. Also, this townhouse is close to the canal so you don’t get the pretty clear, green water associated with the gulf. It was still enjoyable. We ended up going to a beach about a mile away on our last day and got to experience the crystal clear, green water we know and love. All in all this was a great trip! Jevon was a great host.

Great Beach Getaway!

Wonderful home with plenty of space and amenities - our favorite being the little beach buggy to take all of your beach supplies onto the beach! It's a short walk to a beautiful beach with hardly anybody there. House is also walking distance to Mango Marley's which is a great little restaurant nearby.

Great location and price

We had a great experience. The place was as advertised, well stocked, and close to the beach. If there was a need, the owners were quick to respond and make it right. I would definitely go back!

Comfortable Stay

The condo was great! We felt very at home there. A lot of amenities! There was an outdoor shower on the back deck that was wonderful after the beach which really was only a few minutes away. No crowds at all on the beach. We were able to get in a little early to the condo and didn’t have to wait. Jevon was very responsive. This was a great place to stay! We had not stayed in MB before but will definitely be back! No more PCB and the crowds!
