Sea Breeze Manor is a beautiful 4 bedroom Gulf View home with a private pool, beautifully decorated with a professionally landscaped and maintained grounds located in the upscale SeaGrass community. The property has great views of the Gulf of Mexico and St Joseph's Bay giving you the opportunity to see the sun rise and set from the same house. The 4 bedrooms with 3 private baths is perfect for large families or multiple families vacationing together. Whether swimming in the pool, sunbathing on the decks, or having a day at the beach this is the place for you. Oh did I mention your four legged family member is welcome too.

Floor Plan - Ground Floor: Bedroom with a set of twin bunks, two additional twin beds and private bathroom w/ tiled walk-in shower, laundry room w/ washer/dryer 2nd Floor: Large King Master suite w/ a crib, private full bath (tiled walk-in shower and tub) and deck access - Queen bedroom w/ private full bath w/ tub/shower combo and deck access 3rd Floor: Kitchen/Dining room, family room w/ deck access, full bath w/ tub shower combo and 4th bedroom w/ full bed and deck access. **Pet friendly, max quantity and type required; additional fees apply** *We LOVE Snowbirds! Low Monthly Winter Rates* Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis.
