"It was clean, and the property contacts were polite. The beds are a bit hard but better than nothing lol. The heat wasn’t working but it wasn’t too bad for us - we were given a space heater but I’m too nervous to use those overnight so we just used them while we were awake cause we happened to come during a curiously chilly rainy week. It is family friendly - the playground is a bit dated so my kids didn’t play on it cause they thought they would get slivers lol. The basketball net was well...

"Room was quiet and spacious, beds were good except the sheets on one didn't look like there changed so we insisted they change them. Breakfast was ok if not a bit lacking and location was convenient."

"Although it was off a major road, it was in a quiet area and very easy to access, with stores and a LCBO a few minutes walk. The pool was refreshing and clean and opened from 7 am to 10 pm. The breakfast buffet was appetizing with hot eggs, bacon & sausage, plus fruit, cereal, waffles, yogurt, toast & muffins, juice, milk, a fancy coffee machine, peamut butter, jam, etc. which they kept topped up from 7 to 10 am. Room was large and noise free with a dual heater/air conditioner and black out curtains. Beds were comfortable with 4 pillows and warm sheets. Bathroom shower had a great spray and perfect water temperature. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return."

"This is an excellent place for couples, families or groups of friends to relax in a quiet, nice environment, to go for a walk or hiking and cycling. The complex looks beautiful and the rooms/apartments have balconies, are very clean and well arranged with everything you need inside. My husband and I spent a night there just as a stop in our route to Severn region, but most probably, we will return for a couple of days because it is not too far from Toronto."
