Stunning 2 bedrooms 2.5 baths centrally located in Southeast Port St Lucie; near many medical facilities, shopping, restaurants, parks, golf clubs and beaches. It’s a quiet friendly neighborhood. Fully furnished with starter supplies, community pool, tennis court for your workout and relaxation. All rooms with smart TV’s. Air-conditioned, heater, and hurricane shutters. Patio and 2 car parking space. One cover and one un-cover. Indoor washer and dryer. Lovely white shutters in the kitchen and living room to facilitate privacy. 30 day minimum stay due to HOA regulations. Preferable long-term rentals, vacation rentals, especially “snow-birds” or professional medical/nurses.
