Property was just as advertised. Upon entry the unit was spotless and well equipped. Refrigerator, though small, was adequate. Since we ate most meals out we did not miss having an oven. Very clean and comfortable.

Super Host. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful week. The duplex facility is all on one floor. Easy access from the driveway. A like new facility, well stocked and tastefully decorated. Highly recommend.

Family Event
This duplex met all of our needs during our visit to FL. It was clean, owner was very responsive. And we truly enjoyed this temporary home. If you want guaranteed quiet/sleep time, with it being a duplex this may not happen. It was unfortunate during our stay that others checked in to the unit next door and were not respectful of us. They blasted their music all night long. We even called the police the 2nd night and they never showed up! If it was not for this, our stay would have been perfect! We would absolutely stay there again only if we had others with us to rent out both units. If this does not bother you, then I would absolutely recommend.
