A beautiful house with an amazing fire pit.

We had a great stay at the house. It was very clean, perfect space, and had a great backyard area to roast marshmallows and make s’mores. We had a good time doing that. I would stay again! Super cute decorations!

This is a cute cottage that is in a great spot. It is clean and is perfect for anyone staying with pets. Our puppy enjoyed the fenced in back yard.

Charming Cottage

Close to everything, Hunting Island pass to use, kitchen nicely stocked for cooking, the backyard was great! Unfortunately, it rained while we were there and a lot was closed, so we relaxed and i cooked meals for us. Very comfy cozy.

Little cottage is a great place

We had a great time staying at the Little Cottage. Just the right size for my hubby, myself and our 2 dogs. The dogs loved the backyard. We had some great food especially at Fishcamp on 11th street. Lots of fun shops near fishcamp especially Mrs. Bs.

This little place is absolutely wonderful. Close to everything but the location was so quiet and peaceful. It was very clean and just as advertised. The fenced bark yard is great! Wish we had more than 2 days to enjoy this little place. We would definitely recommend and plan on a return visit.

We really enjoyed our stay. The fenced in yard is huge. Big enough for the puppy to get our her zoomies and play fetch. The house was spotless and well equipped. Would like to return next year.

Quick trip

We needed a place for a few nights this cottage was perfect. We did not bring any dogs with us however when I got there I realized how perfect the cottage would be for my little dog. The cottage is super close to Parris Island and a few really good restaurants. It was clean and had a great outdoor area that was fenced in so you could sit and let your pet run. I would stay here again.

Great neighborhood, cute house, loved the wooden (not chain link) fenced in back yard/patio/firepit area. Our little dog could be outside with us and not see the other neighborhood dogs. Bonus! Has a paved driveway which not all houses in this area have. Easy access for walking or biking the Spanish Moss Trail. We enjoyed our stay very much and will book here again.

Great for Paris island graduation

We booked this house for our son’s graduation. The proximity to the base was perfect. Wonderful place if you are traveling with a dog. We did however come back from graduation to a real estate agent and two people in the house. We were called by the property manager as we were pulling in to ‘ask’ if it was ok. They were already in the house. He did apologize many times for the mix up and refunded one night. My first experience w VRBO was not great… but the house was all it says it is.

A Happy Time At the Happy Cottage

We enjoyed our stay at The Happy Cottage. It was close to the activities we came to Port Royal to do. It is dog friendly with a great little fenced backyard and cute little fire pit. The bed in the primary bedroom was comfortable with lots of pillows. The kitchen was a bit of a challenge...very small, no dishwasher or garbage disposal so dishes have to be done by hand. If you eat out a lot or aren't staying long, then it's no big deal but we don't eat out much and stayed the week, so it was slightly annoying to have to do dishes and it wasn't as well equipped as I'd hoped (more big bowls needed) but we made it work and would not be a deal breaker to rent there again, though more dish soap provided would have been helpful because we had to go by some...there wasn't any. It could use a bigger coffer maker also...a two cup pot just doesn't cut it. There are also some minor deferred maintenance issues: the vent in the bathroom is filthy, the door handle to the 2nd bedroom was loose, the can opener in the kitchen doesn't work, the sink stopper in the bathroom doesn't work. None of those things are a big deal...just sharing so they can be repaired.
