"The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the continental breakfast was fine. The walls are extremely thin, and all the rooms are connecting, so you can hear just about everything—dogs barking, coughing, loud snoring, normal conversations. If you’re a light sleeper, this may be an issue. All entry doors open to the outside. As a woman traveling alone, I’d recommend being mindful of your surroundings. The area is well lit, but it still has that open‑access motel feel. Parking is very limited. If you don’t get one of the few spots in front, you’ll have to park behind the building in the alley. It’s lit, but it’s a bit of a walk, especially at night or with luggage. Inside the room, there were no clocks or dresser drawers, which felt odd and a little inconvenient. Overall, it was clean and the basics were comfortable, but the noise level, parking situation, and layout are worth considering before booking."

"The room was amazing, clean, comfortable, and had a great kitchenette. The exterior was nice to walk around and pretty. I stayed five days and felt very comfortable. Things that were not so great: here is constant noise from the highway/major route that runs past the hotel so even though the surroundings are nice its not ever "quiet." When I was there the hot tub wasn't working. The gym is absurdly tiny - not even room for a yoga mat to stretch. The breakfast is OK /meh. They don't supply dish liquid or a sponge or paper towel or anything for the kitchen - but there is a dollar store across the street so I picked up my own supplies. The staff were NICE but oh my lord they were useless as far as information about the area. I mean I honestly joked with a friend that I thought maybe they flew in on a helicopter from another state and dropped into work and left the same way. They had no information about beaches, anything to do on hilton head, bike rentals, nothing. When I called ahead, I asked if there was green space for my dog to walk around and the person actually said, "no." I asked if there were places on the island I could go to walk my dog - parks, nature areas - and two people I asked actually said, "I don't know, I don't think so." I had never been to Hilton Head so I almost didn't come for this reason - I didn't want to stay in a built up strip mall kind of area. As it turns out I am glad I went because it is unbelieveably gorgeous and there are a ton of parks. "

"This is an express hotel, but they were very welcoming, It seemed to be updated, and it's very clean. We were quite satisfied with our room. The pool area was very very nice. Easy walking to Coligny Park. Absolutely would recommend."

"This hotel is in a great location and has lots of good amenities weather permitting. When we arrived we were able to check in a little before the check in time of 4pm which was nice. Once we got in the room, there were hairs and crumbs on the floor which made me feel like our room hadn’t really been cleaned. The next morning we were woken up at 7:30 to someone repeatedly tapping on our door saying room service. The next morning, we were woken up before 7:30 to 10 minutes of vacuuming right outside our door. "
