Chesapeake Bay 3 bedroom newly constructed beach house in the private Kenwood Beach community. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the house, Private pier and lots of water toys, soft beach for long walks. Everything is new for a home from home vacation. 1.5 hours from DC, avoid the traffic and exit before the bay bridge. Hidden gem you won't want to leave.
Steps from the private beach in a quiet community, exhaust yourself with water sports or relax fishing, walking or reading a book on the beach. Collect shark teeth and fossils and explore the various parks with local wildlife. You will leave refreshed and bound to return.

We loved our stay. You really can see the bay from the kitchen and even better from the master bedroom. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood tucked out of the way. We enjoyed the private pier and beach.

Kenwood Beach beautiful home.

This property is brand new and very clean. Lovely view of the bay and short walk to the beach. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for 6 people. Host always replied promptly to questions. A quiet private beach community If you want a restful get away.

Home away from home

The house had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. We had 3 kids and the grandparents with us, everyone was kept entertained. The beach is truly a 2 minute walk which is great with young kids and there is a lovely backyard space to sit around and play in as well. The house was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and people we passed were very friendly. We had one rainy day and were pleased to find an indoor play place nearby. We cannot wait to be back!
