"Stayed here for Rockville. The place was a good value since it sits right on the beach with private steps down to the water. A great porch to sit and look out at the ocean view. 3 rooms are very good size with comfortable beds. There is an additional room that has two sets of bunk beds that is tiny. I think it would be better to remove the one set of beds to make it a bit more comfortable.
