Minutes away from Daytona international Speedway close to Ponce Inlet for fantastic seafood and American dining, and deep sea fishing charters. Great place to relax on the Halifax River and dine.
The house is in a quiet neighbourhood with the odd train nearby , with plenty of parking, barbeque on site, Florida room with view of the river , newly added suntanning area out of the wind and peaceful , and beautiful sunsets right in your own back yard landing on the river !, and the house is nicely furnished with new power leather recliners , new full sized fridge with duel ice cube makers , so one for the cooler needs 😉, brand new 3 1/2 ton central air conditioning unit for the main house and a split air A/C unit for Florida room with heat also if needed . So there’s plenty of cool air or heat for your comfort ! This unit is also a whisper, quiet for smooth, relaxing sleeps !🥶😴
