"Beach view was good. Room was clean but in poor repair. Self park is a block away so you have to pay for valet. When I was stung by a jellyfish they told me they couldn’t help me and wouldn’t call someone to help me, I had to walk back out to the beach and find a lifeguard. Every time I went to the front desk their computer was down, during check in and check out. However the location is good."

"I had two nights. I was not informed about the cable change. So around 9 while I was in the shower the guy comes banging in the door wanting to come in. Check out time isn't till 11 if I wasn't staying even. Very rude. Says too bad it has to be done. I called the front desk no apology, no discount for running me out early. Not great customer service and inconsiderate "
