"BEDBUGS were present when I came at the end of April 2026. My children and I were bitten, and fortunately I knew what to do to avoid bringing them home with me. The property was lovely before that experience, and I can speak highly of the hot tub, and access to the beach. The outside balcony attached to the room is lovely, so spring for oceanfront if you can! Not a terrible property, but I had to wash everything including my bags and I am traumatized during my stay. I checked under the mattress but not the pillow cases and that’s where they were laying in wait. My skin crawls at the thought of it! I hope they resolve this soon. Again, this was APRIL 2026. They refunded my stay but not the $50 it took to wash and dry all of our gear! "

"Location was great and the staff was friendly! Only complaint was there was only 1 elevator working the whole time we were there. "

"Long wait for service when ordering at times. Day 1 waited to get Mothers Day Brunch was told it was sold out to locals. Yet an hour later a couple walks up To bar and inquired and got to purchase. Was told no upgrade even though Expedia stated so. Ended up getting one when a sign fell On me. Door staff very nice. Front desk needs hospitality training. Most waiters was nice. "

"We did have a beach view, but on the ground floor. The room was dated, but the bed was compfy and the shower good. A plus to the ground floor room was covered parking right by the door we used."

"This was our second time staying at Perry’s. First time was wonderful and no complaints which is why we chose to stay again. This time we had to call daily, multiple times, to get garbage taken out and fresh towels at a minimum because our room was never serviced. The staff for the most part were friendly and kind and the main areas well taken care of. "

"Parking was fine, no view of the beach. The floors in the room needed washing. When I stepped in the shower the floor was muddy from walkig barefoot. The breakfast wait staff was excellent. We are not likely to stay there again."

"Check in was a little slow but amazing stay, loved my room very clean loved the balcony, the restaurant on site the food was very good will definitely recommend "
