"We absolutely loved Hotel Basilica in Palma. It is tucked away beside the Basilica de Sant Francesc on a tiny street within walking distance to the Cathedral and the waterfront. We only had one night there but wished we could stay longer. The hotel is lovely and has an aura of relaxation. The lobby is beautiful and they offered us drinks on arrival. They also have a swimming pool and a bar. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of cold and hot options. The staff were super helpful and friendly....

"We stayed for one night before flying home. The level has a lounge with tapas, snacks and drinks which was nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff very helpful. It was a very stylish hotel but still practical. We had a couple of minor problems in the room that if we had discovered them earlier would have been dealt with promptly. "Really beautiful hotel situated in the middle of the mountains. Breakfast was very good, the beds were so comfortable and the pool was amazing. The staff were friendly overall. My only suggestion is to have some water at reception like most hotels do (as they do not place new water bottles in the room on a daily basis, which I expected considering the price). I hope to visit again one day!"
