"The check-in staff, we’re very helpful. The room was moderately OK with the exception of the bathmat have been used as toilet paper and was freshly stained. When we let the front desk, staff know upon checkout, their response was you should’ve come down and let us know. But we were checking out. They were not helpful and they were not apologetic. The door deadbolt had been removed so we didn’t feel safe in the room."
