"This place is disgusting, it smelled like mold, the paint in the room was falling apart, the mirrors were scratched, and there was a table that almost broke apart, it is not worth the price"

"My room floor had dried coffee was gonna settle for a good cleaning the next day then seem a roach crawling on the bed! I requested check out and management was nice and agreed to refund!"

"We arrived to a third floor room with no functuoning elevator. We climbed the stairs 3 separate times with keys that did not work on the room were were assigned. Once in a room, there were things left over from the previous guests including a false eye lash, a used bandaid, and tattoo gel under the AC unit. We then discovered there was no breakfast buffet which was im the listing when we called to see when it opened. This is a considerable cost as we are a family of 6 and now had to buy breakfast. There were also issues with spotty hot water for showers and only 2 towels for a room for 6 people. There was also not a person available at the counter and we had to yell to the back to get the attention of the woman working the counter who was blaring music or on her cell phone. Overall bad experience for a chain we usually have good stays with."
