"Upon arrival of the property, the yard grass was tall and tree branches scattered throughout the front and backyard. The following morning, the owner decides to wake everyone up early in the morning by cutting the grass with the lawnmower. Then he decides after he’s done to walk inside with out knocking, saying he needs to check the ac thermostat, and then yells at my guests who were awake at the time complaining about setting the thermostat at a low temperature. The view is amazing and we love sitting on the back patio at the end of a long fishing day. The house is always clean and the owner is extremely courteous. "Beware! Upon check in we immediately noticed a musty smell. Many surfaces in home were dusty and had been not cleaned. The home had water damage in the master bathroom with wood paneling coming off the wall and we found curtains with numerous large stains and broken loose tiles in the dining room. The downstairs bedroom smelled of water damage and had wood paneling coming off the wall. We found dead bugs in the showers and sinks. The refrigerator was dirty. We found droppings in the kitchen...

Easy water and electrical access for the boat. Wonderful remodeling inside, could use some clothes hooks/racks. No closets. I’ll be back!"
