5 Apr 2019Crowded and unsanitary, but colorful. Lots of touts and beggars. Also, vendors (as in India) like to "touch you." Not for those that don't like their personal space to be invaded. Always offer at least 50% less than opening price. Snatch and grab and pickpockets can be a problem.
