Beautiful waterfront villa near hotels (Intercontinental, Angsana..etc) on the North West coast of the Island. Close to shops (5km Jumbo Richeterre hypermarket) and tourist activities (Port Louis, Pamplemousses Garden, Sugar Adventure, Golf, Horse riding, Sea trips, Scuba diving ... etc.,
 The villa accommodates up to 6 people (4 adults and 2 children), (2 large bedrooms with each private bathroom including sink, shower and WC) a living room (45 m2) opening onto a huge decking.
The panorama is absolutely superb (sunset over the sea at aperitif time) with a 180 degree view of the bay, kayaking available. The villa has a beautiful private pool. cleaning twice a week. This magnificent site as well as the legendary friendliness of the Mauritians will help you spend a unique and heavenly holiday.

Villa les pieds dans l'eau, avec superbe paysage

Villa mieux que sur les photos, tres bien équipée. Tres bon accueil, tres bonne communication avec le propriétaire par mail.Nous avons passé un super séjour, avec une qualité de vie grâce à un jardin, avec une superbe vue de 180 sur l'océan, bien ombragé. Je recommande sans probleme cette villa

Beautiful villa

We had a wonderful stay at the villa, the photos don’t do it justice, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you would need. The outdoor area is very large with beautiful views of the bay and the location is convenient to travel the island. Hosts and staff were very friendly. Highly recommend.

Schönes großes Haus, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir sahen jeden Morgen Delfine in der angrenzenden Bucht. Sehr sauber und gute Kommunikation mit Mary. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Außen schön, von innen leider nicht

Wir waren 10 Tage im Haus. Das Haus ist in einer nicht so tollen Gegend und umzäunt von Stacheldraht. Sieht man auf den Bildern nicht so. Der Garten, der Meerblick und der Pool waren sehr schön. Dort haben wir am liebsten Zeit verbracht. Leider war es an 2 Tagen sehr regnerisch und wir mussten zuhause bleiben. Die Couch war für unsere Familie eine Katastrophe. Sie ging ständig auseinander und ein gemeinsames beisammen sitzen war wirklich nervenaufreibend. Die Betten waren alle nicht bequem und durchgelegen. Das Haus riecht auch von innen nach alte Möbel. Die Küche hat zwar eine große Ausstattung, aber alles war nicht sauber. Wir haben uns leider nicht wohl gefühlt und wir sind bei Gott nicht wählerisch. Im Garten sind mehrere Überwachungsksmeras. Wir haben uns immer gefragt, ob wir über diese beobachtet werden. Die Hausdame empfand ich eher fordernd. Nur der Gärtner war super sympathisch und hat uns Kokosnüsse gegeben und aufgemacht. Ich würde nicht wieder kommen und es auch nicht weiter empfehlen.

Maison bien équipée en vaisselle,un gros nettoyage extérieur a été effectué avant notre arrivée suite au cyclone Belal, Une seule Clim fonctionnait, un ventilateur était en panne,conditions insuffisantes pour le lieu Pas de numéro de rue pour identifier la maison Bonne prestation de l’intendante Mary

Villa tres bien placée

La villa est très bien placée de plein-pied avec très belle terrasse piscine et accès direct sur le lagon villa très bien équipé les chambres sont spacieuse avec chacune leur salle de bain, beaucoup de rangement.La vue est imprenable sur la mer le jardin est très agréable.Nous avons apprécié le calme avec le bruit des vagues qui vous berce.La villa est équipé de la climatisation mais nous on ne sent n’est pas servi les ventilateurs au plafond sont suffisant.

Beau jardin, bien spacieux

Le jardin est très spacieux et très bien entretenu. Une belle piscine de bonne taille, une grande terrasse avec des voiles d’ombrage et un grand arbre en bord de mer pour de l’ombre. La maison est spacieuse. Les chambres sont de bonne taille avec salle de bain. Malheureusement comme toutes les maisons de bord de mer, elle subit les dégradations dues à l’air marin. Les vitres sont devenues opaques. Notre semaine n’a pas été gâtée pour la météo et nous avons eu un fort vent du nord toute la semaine. Très rare en cette période. Bad luck. Repli dans la maison pour y échapper et les canapés en résine ne sont plus de première jeunesse. On se retrouve facilement dans un trou. Nous avons été déçu du manque de salons de jardin extérieurs comme apparents sur les photos, ici et là. Manque d’élément de confort. Quatre fauteuils en rotin et une table rotin sous la varangue, table sur laquelle on ne peut rien poser pour un drink car il manque le plateau en verre. Quatre chaises longues sur la terrasse et quatre coques en résine au bord de la piscine. L’intérieur de la maison est propre. Mary est passé une fois dans la semaine pour le Menage. C’est une belle maison avec de grands espaces autour mais elle demande à être bien mieux entretenue et plus de confort. Le fait qu’elle soit totalement clôturée de barbelés est aussi un peu anxiogène. Et définitivement trop bruyante (route passante juste derrière) et le week-end musique constante à haut volume. Dommage.

Schöne Villa in großem Grundstück mit Pool und Meerblick

Das Haus ist gepflegt und bietet alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß mit einem erfrischendem Pool und etwas Rasenfläche davor. Das Haus liegt direkt an einer Straße mit einer Bushaltestelle davor, ist aber trotzdem relativ ruhig. Nur wenige Autominuten entfernt befindet sich eine große Mall mit riesigem Supermarkt. Wenn man die Rushhour meidet, hat man Port Louis schnell erreicht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa direkt am Meer sehr genossen.

Belle maison tout confort

Très belle maison, avec tout le confort désiré. La grande terrasse et la piscine sont très agréables. Mary a été présente lors des petits problèmes rencontrés (alarme qui se déclenche, impossible à arrêter !!). Cuisine très fonctionnelle et bien fournie, enceinte performante pour écouter la musique, transats confortables et très beau coucher de soleil ! Il ne faut pas avoir peur des petits animaux qui s’invitent parfois dans la maison (lézards, oiseaux, insectes…). Petite déception pour la baignade : eau trouble et sans poissons à observer… Il faut une voiture pour aller au supermarché. Nous garderons cependant un beau souvenir !

Meilleure réservation de notre voyage

Nous avons eu la chance de passer quelques jours dans la villa de Denis et Joëlle. Les photos même si très jolie, ne rendent pas justice et ne permettent pas de se rendre compte de la beauté des lieux et de la vue! Quelle belle surprise lorsque nous sommes arrivés à la villa! Suffisamment isolée pour être au calme, et en même temps proche des commodités et d’un petit restau très sympa, le « ti Sémin ». La villa est proche des jolies plages du nord. L’accueil de Mary est chaleureux, le jardinier très gentil et nous a aidé pour notre première sortie en kayak. L’accès direct à la mer est un vrai plus, d’autant qu’il y a énormément de poissons dans cette zone très calme et fréquentée quasiment que par des pêcheurs. Nous avons adoré nos quelques jours à Baie du Tombeau, et reviendront à coup sûr lors d’un prochain voyage à Maurice!

Great Villa at the beachfront

Really fantastic villa in the first row to the ocean. Much space and places in the garden with private pool and beautifull view. With a sea kajak to explore the near sea an watch the dolphins. We had a wonderfull stay and can regard this villa.

Bad experience

Problem with front gate No air con over a weekend No water due to power cut not explained not informed how to deal with if this was to happen No oven no toaster Diswasher leaked over the whole kitchen floor 3 times . No equipment to mop ghe floor causing a high risk of fall. Ceiling in bedroom sitting room leaking Swimming pool not cleaned and unable to use for few days Very Loud music from passing cars on a regular basis at night most nkght even at 1.00 or 2 am On the last day when leaving lost 20 minutes as gate won't close .needed to go in and out to deal with keys to operate manually in a heavy rain and getting wet.kept taxi waiting. No one to check us out due to severe weather warning.

Great place to stay

The house was comfortable with all the amenities one needs and a beautiful view. Also very private and great having a pool. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside is if you want to go in the sea it is very rocky. Mary, the manager, was very welcoming and helpful.

Stay August 2023 with three people

A very nice house with a beautiful seaside view. Absolutely recommended to have your stay there. A rental car is absolutly recommended.
