The sink and the toilet did not drain. The bathtub did not drain. It smelled really bad. The smoke detector was covered in a cage and even though it was a non-smoking room it smelled like smoke. You could tell some people are living there and appeared unsafe.

Took half an hour to check in as staff didn’t know what to do. Room was dirty with hair. No hot water for a shower.

The room appeared to be recently updated. The vinyl floor tended to make the room have a cold feel. Check in took way too long (new employee I believe). There was a dog barking in a room near me, that was very frustrating. The area around the hotel looked dirty, and possible unsafe. The TV was modern and adequate. Breakfast was minimal; good waffles, but not much else besides a couple cereal selections, toast, and a few muffins. Coffee was good enough. Overall, I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Good place for a night away. Customer service was prompt and polite. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Only complaint was the heater/fan in our room - worked great for a few minutes then would loudly rattle for a bit (repeated all night).
