"Overall, a good hotel, particularly as it relates to security, meals, and the supportive and hardworking staff. However, the hotel needs a general upgrading - rugs, ceilings, and the lift - one was not working, and the second lift could not take you from the ground floor to the 1st and the 3rd floors - so, you used the stairs for these floors."

"Large spacious room. The lightning needs improvement as no dim lights. Clean all round. Not soundproof as could hear voices and loud music. Helpful staff at reception,bar ( miracle) and eating 2 separate dinning areas were ideal for local dishes and continental"
