"No hot water for two days. Internet was terrible for three days before it was finally fixed. Great breakfast, senior staff, e.g.. Grace and Henry (IT) were fantastic, but front staff were unsmiling. Room service took. an hour to come and food was cold and had to be sent back. Many maintenance issues like door knobs falling off, and no soap in the showers etc. Overpriced for the service, but the hotel looks pretty in the foyer. More attention to staff training so services/maintenance is...

"It was in a convenient location and very secure. However the rooms and bathrooms especially, are old and could have been cleaner. The remotes where grimy and there was a musty smell in the room when I checked in possibly from old pipes and stagnant water."

"The building is bold and you can see it. Light fixture were covered in dust and the bathroom was disappointing. Old and the ceiling was leaking. Plus the lighting was so dim. But overall the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the restaurant food was rather tasty."
