Attached to the main hotel . Small room but tastefully recently redecorated bathroom and room . Kettle, toaster , plates etc supplied . Free parking. Good restaurant in the hotel and a bar .

What a lovely historic hotel. A great choice for a one night stay in Port Fairy. The room has a huge up to date bathroom which other than being a bit cold was a great modern feature. Very comfortable bed and we enjoyed a delicious meal in the pub.

This place was a very nice surprise and much better than my expectations. Importantly, the bed was very comfortable with good pillow selection and the food at the pub attached was also excellent. The room was simple but had been refurbised so it was very well set up and included everything I needed for my stay. I've tagged this place as my preferred accom next time I'm in Port Fairy.

This property was very central and had a nice old pub with good food attached . Bed was super comfortable and sheets were crispy and white .Good shower .

Friendly Comfortable little place

A cozy little inn within 10 steps of town. Comfortable bed, spacious room. Nice new deck to soak up the sun in the afternoon and a popular spot for locals and travellers.

Liked the quietness despite being the heart of town Liked the convenience of the lovely restaurant,The Stump next door A little trouble parking inside the property when it starts to fill up. Though there is plenty of roadside parking.

Great Restaurant

The Caledonian is a bar and restaurant ("The Stump") with a row of rooms located behind the main building. It was quiet. The room was quite basic, but clean and functional. The restaurant was amazing - great food and value for money. Port Fairy is well worth a visit.

Check-in via the pub is odd especially when it's busy. Fortunately we were there on a Sunday so closing time was 10pm. Had it been a saturday I can imagine the area would be noisy. Being in the room right next to the garden was fine for us. Room was good for one night.

Great location, beautifully clean room and loved all the renovated features. Bed was very comfortable and quality linens appreciated ๐Ÿ™ All our needs inside the room were well met ๐Ÿ‘ Outside felt a bit too cosy/close to neighbours as they spent a lot of time sitting outside smoking and drinking. We could hear all their conversation and their cigarette smoke drifted to our room, so we had to keep our door and window shut. Otherwise, excellent! ๐Ÿ™โ˜บ๏ธ

I arrived to find the place closed and abandoned. I was lucky to find another accommodation because there was a festival on. Had been closed for weeks. Very disappointed Wotif still booked me there and gave me no advice.

Very small room for the family of 2A and 2C, hardly any space to move around. Only good if you want to sleep and spend the day out. Microwave oven a very basic necessity isn't provided. Wifi wasn't working, we had to use Google Tv from phone hotspot to keep kids entertained. Before booking and post booking called them a few times and left voice and text msg but no response.
