Suited for multiple families to enjoy a slice of Port Fairy

Salty's offers living over 2 floors, ideal for 2 families who want to get away together but not live in each other's pockets! The downstairs contains 2 Queen bedrooms with wall mounted heaters and bathroom as well as a living area with large screen TV and X box with games. There is also a split system providing heating and air conditioner for those hot summer days. Perfect to send the kids to the Xbox room and enjoy some peace and quiet upstairs! There is also a laundry with both washer and dryer. There are large grassed areas at both the front and back of the house. The back is a secure yard with a beautiful outdoor setting perfect for the evening BBQ.

Head upstairs to the spacious living/dining area and fall in love with the floor to ceiling windows that offer sea views on one side and rolling green fields on the other - if you're lucky the neighbours (cows) might amble over for a hello as you pass! Both views are complemented with a large decking area so pick whether to enjoy your morning coffee with the sea or the land. The upstairs living room also has a large screen TV, split system heating and cooling, and a comfortable and sprawling sofa perfect for family movie nights. The kitchen has brand new appliances - including your very own wine fridge!

The final 3 bedrooms has found upstairs and are the bunk room, Tri Bunk and Queen room as well as the second bathroom with separate shower and bath. Topped off with lockable garage as well as plenty of space in front of the house for additional cars or a boat Salty's is just waiting to to become your favourite holiday home.

Please Note: Under no circumstance are Weddings, Parties or Functions permitted at this property. Penalty charges in excess of $1500 will apply in this situation.

We all enjoyed our time at Salty's Port Fairy

Lots of space for 11 people, good bedrooms, kitchen more than fully equipped, games for the kids. Great place to stay.

Worth Every Star!

Incredible accommodation - great location, gorgeous views at every turn, and family friendly! Lots of doors to section off different areas of the house. Very spacious, and suitable for multiple families / couples / friends. Easy to understand instructions and excellent service from hosts. Saving this one to the favourites list!

The perfect weekend getaway.

Perfect share house, plenty of living space, storage and beds. Heating all throughout. Extremely clean with sufficient linen. Highly recommend!

House was great and had everything plus more than we required. The second living area downstairs would be great for families and the enclosed backyard was great for our puppies. Short walk to the waterfront and short drive to town.

Family getaway

We loved the location - close walking distance to the surf beach - no need to get in the vehicle with surfboards and sand. Absolutely super comfy beds and fresh linen and towels. Great views from the kitchen lounge - we could watch the family surfing without leaving home. Very well equipped kitchen, with large family size electric frypan etc A nice 2Km+ walk into town. Cannot wait to stay again with all our family
