Decent hotel, room was abit aged. Mattress felt cheap but on the other hand the hotel was reasonably priced and in a great location. That said, i WOULD book here again

Wir sind gegen 19:30 angekommen und wurden reingelassen, war aber kein echter Empfang und wir waren ein bisschen verwirrend. Zimmer war ganz ok, nichts besonderes, aber sauber. Frühstück auch ganz in Ordnung, und Check-out schnell. Ort war auch ok, nah an der Küste.

Ideal place for work or holiday trip

Spent a lovely 10 nights at First Ave Guesthouse and enjoyed essentially everything about the time. The staff were friendly, the room was nice, the breakfast was great and the location perfect. By the end, it almost felt like home.

A lovely large guest house with rooms attached to the main building as well as in annexes. A very well kept pool area. The room was spacious and light with a shared verandah as well as a fully equipped small kitchen area with microwave and fridge. Excellent Manager and staff with a good selection of both hot and cold food for breakfast served in a lovely breakfast area overlooking the pool. There is an honesty bar and snacks available throughout the day. Close to the seafront and walkable to bars and resaurants. Would definitely return

Friendliest Guesthouse you can imagine

Expetionally friendly and comfortable guesthouse, including an excellent breakfast freshly prepared to order plus fresh fruits, cereals etc. Weston and the other team members are really caring for the wellbeing of the guests, from reception, information on anything you can imagine, organising transport, taking care of laundry and printing, and even getting up at 5 in the morning to ensure the arranged transfer works. Location is great for the beach and the Boardwalk complex, while beeing very calm. Rooms are spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. Highly recomended!
