"We were well taken care of from check in to check out. Zamora and her staff provided superior customer service and accommodated our every need. The restaurant staff weee pleasant and attentive and the Garden Villa was well maintained and clean and the cleaning staff were always pleasant. The pool was clean and bar server came around to see if we wanted drinks/food. The hotel location is perfect with access to restaurants, bars, town, shops and grocery stores just a short walk away. "It is beautiful place. Very nice bedroom, clean, like a small apartment for a couple and also a kid. It is a very place bc it is convenient bc it is close to everything. In front of the bay, close the restaurants, to markets, walkable from the Ferry maybe 10 minute's or less. If you want to dive there are two shops besides Gingerbread. Beach around."

"We arrived by ferry and were taxied to the property. There was nobody there for check in. Calls were not answered. Luckily our taxi driver waited for us, took us to the Plantation and there were rooms available. Otherwise we would have been stranded on the island. We received an apology email the next day which was considerate but didn't help us in any way. If staying here, I would definitely stay in contact with the property to confirm so you are not left without lodging on arrival."
