Personnel de l'accueil n'a jamais eu sourire.

Chambres pas chères,ménage survolé, toiles d'araignées partout, sol, moquette, plafond, sdb, cafards dans les chambres. Couloirs moquette usée,sale, toile d'araignées. Buffet peu varié et recurrence des propositions. Que du thé en sachet : dommage. Quand on donne la clé pour partir, on nous dit . Bah c'est déjà ça,même pas bon retour ,bon voyage,etc...

A FUIRE , HOTEL 3 étoiles et non 4 étoile

Très mauvais accueil. Des bons à rien. Hôtel est bruyant. Qualité du repas horrible. J'ai du manger dehors. Les chaises sont sales. Pas de serviettes dans les chambres. Je déconseille , à fuire absolument. Hôtel est noté 3 étoiles par le ministère du tourisme depuis 2005, affiché 4 sur le site. C'est faux, il est déclassé depuis 2005. Il ne vaut même pas un 2 étoiles.

Hôtel horrible a fuir d'urgence !

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel nous devions attendre que quelqu'un arrive, à la réception il n'y avait personne, l'hôtel en général est en très mauvais état, le petit déjeuner c'est le pire de toute ma vie. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants nous avions une seul serviette dans la chambre. Il n'y a pas de numéro pour joindre la réception, je suis descendu pour demander d'autres serviettes pour pouvoir ce doucher, ben j'attends toujours ! Surtout ne réservé pas cette hôtel, j'en ai fait énormément dès hôtel à djerba, sousse, hammamet etc... Mais celui ci c'est le pire ça doit être un 1* ou 2* pas plus.

après un 1°séjour très bien à Houria le 2° est une catastrophe .cet hotel vieilli très mal ,réception pas très aimable. chambre après plusieurs jour sans pouvoir dormir dû a des personnes bruillantes nous demande de changer mais pas possible les autres chambres étaient très sales , pr la chambre 111 ménage très limite , meuble dévernis ,baignoire plus d'émail vidange rouillée lavabo bouché et fêlé seul le rideau de douche était neuf ! belle terrasse mais fauteuil cassé , climatisation ne fonctionne pas , glace de salle de bain et de chambre à vous d'essuyer pour vous voir dedans , douche de la picsine très très très sale , restaurant le chois des repas assez bien mais le maître d'hotel à revoir après avoir attendu un coca tout le repas nous décidons de partir et la en dehors du restaurant nous apprenons qu'il n'y a plus de coca !, les nappes pas repassées et sale les vitres très sales il y a besoin de faire très vite des travaux . notre dernier repas pas terrible , poisson de la veille passé dans la friture et froid , brochette de poulet grillé mais aussi froide je choisi de prendre du riz qui lui pas de chance été froid aussi alors pour de plats servis chaud vraiment pas de chance . aussi une journée la femme de chambre nous a dit qu'elle avait trop de travail donc elle ne pourrait pas faire notre chambre . pour notre part je pense qu'il serait mieux de changer d'hotel et surtout de leur dire de faire des travaux au plus vite !

bon séjour !

séjour très agréable à part l'ascenseur souvent en panne , personnels de restaurant attentif , une femme de chambre avec toujours un petit coucou de bonjours , satisfait des repas en demi pension ainsi que les petits déjeuners , nous reviendrons dans cet hotel avec plaisir . peu être un peu loin du centre ville !

Un rapport qualité prix avec des chambres correcte, plutôt une bonne piscine pas très grande mais convenable par contre le service laisse à désirer. L emplacement de l hotel est très bien car on a le plus important à proximité, comme le port kantaoui et quelques boîtes et restaurants ainsi que pubs, plutôt bien située . Une note de 7/10 par contre il ne vau pas du tout 4etoiles mis plutôt 3 ou même 2,5

Hotelli oli mukavalla paikalla ja oli puistomainen ympäristö. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja ainoa huono puoli oli ruoka joka oli melkein kelpaamaton iltaisin. Aamupala oli hyvä. Mutta hinta oli alhainen joten yleiskäsitys lomasta oli kuitenkin hyvä ja iltaisin oli kivaa ohjelmaa ravintolassa. Menisin uudestaan mutta ilman puolihoitoa.

Very bad Hotel, room stinks, bad food. Choose any other one in the neighborhood. but that one is horrible
