"We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights via hotels.com.
* sewer gas smell in the bathrooms (first video - leak in the connection from the sink to the sewer, water draining to the floor)
* Air Conditioner did not cool rooms.
* dead bugs in the headboards.
* bar downstairs playing loud music until 3am
* No in room safe, no safe at the front desk, and a letter in the room saying not to leave your valuables as the hotel would not be responsible for theft
* no elevator
We checked out after only one night, as...

"I've been scammed by CMK which I couldn't contacted them since they are private agent so Lexis receptionist also couldn't help. Phone number provided cannot not reachable so I don't get the room number. Have to book another hotel."
"The worst “resort” experience of my life – avoid at all costs!
This place looks straight out of a horror movie. The moment you step in, it feels haunted – dim hallways that resemble a horror alleyway leading to your room. The carpets are disgustingly stained and dirty, the curtains are no better, and thick layers of dust dangle off the corners like cobwebs.
The furniture is completely run down and stained, the pillows and bedsheets are yellowish and filthy, making it impossible to feel comfortable or clean. Even the balcony door couldn’t close or lock properly, which is a huge safety concern. The wardrobe was badly damaged and looked like it hadn’t been maintained for years.
The toilet? Absolutely horrendous – run down, with non-functioning bowls and stained mirrors that make you wonder if anyone ever cleans this place. The whole room smelled musty and unwelcoming, like it hadn’t been used in decades.
This so-called “resort” is nothing more than a nightmare. Definitely NOT worth the money. If you value your sanity, hygiene, and safety – STAY AWAY."
"Breathtaking Views, Warm Hospitality, and Very Convenient Location
I stayed here for 7 days and absolutely loved every moment. The view is breathtaking, and the room was clean with fresh, clean sheets that smelled wonderful. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing.
What truly made this place special was the hospitality. The owner, Jane, and her assistant were incredibly kind and made me feel like I was among friends and family. I didn’t have a car during my stay, but I didn’t need one — the location is very convenient, just a 7-minute walk to a beautiful beach, great cafés, restaurants, and delicious street food. It’s also a 35-minute walk to the Saturday night market.
Jane and her assistant even volunteered to take me into town to the supermarket twice, which was so thoughtful and appreciated. The maintenance man was also fantastic — always available and ready to help with anything 24/7. He even carried heavy water bottles to my room for me.
This is the kind of place where you feel cared for, relaxed, and at home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, kindness, and convenience."
