Great place to stay in SW Florida

The host was very attentive and great to work with. The portion of the house that I rented was great! The pool and lanai area were a big plus! It is close to many restaurants and shopping. I would recommend this house to all.

Winter in Florida

I very much enjoyed this spacious, clean Florida home with a wonderful pool and screened in lanai. Very close to many shops and restaurants.

Nice spaces for hanging out with an additional family

We used the rental as a home base for a soccer tournament, and it was great to have a good place with plenty of space and a great pool area to hang out at before and after!

Relaxing Getaway

Perfect place for a relaxing vacation! Beautifully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plush towels (including beach towels), lots of space for a family / adult friends, etc. Ample access to a wonderful pool & lanai area complete with an outdoor tv. We were repeat guests and Cliff is the perfect host!

Port Charlotte Visit

We had a great stay. Cliff is a wonderful host. The house is very nice. Everything is updated, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool. Lots of restaurants nearby. Wonderful visit!

Family vacation

Wonderful Stay

The property is amazing! There is lots of room for you family to spread out and there are all the supplies you could need. Paper towels, toilet paper, soap! It’s really nice that Cliff keeps everything there so no need to buy that kind of stuff.

Snowbird’s getaway!!

This house has been fully updated with beautiful furnishings. Many comfortable great memories spent on the patio/lanai and pool area. New heaters in the lanai area came in handy. Beds were comfortable with ceiling fans on all rooms. Kitchen nicely supplied for meal preparation. Cliff was helpful with our needs. Will most likely rent again!

Cliff is Awesome! (So is this property)

Our team came to Port Charolette to assist with our buildings hurricane clean up. Cliff made sure we had a gen set and power at the home and checked on us often to make sure we had all we needed. Best host we have ever had. The home is truly amazing, well equipped with plenty of room for a big group. Best vacation rental we have ever used. Thank you Cliff! You made our time here soooo much better.

Beautiful property

Property was very clean, plenty of space, we loved the layout! The patio was big and we spent many mornings enjoying our coffee out there. The neighborhood is pretty sketch but didn't phase us. There is so many options for food and shopping within mins! Cliff was very responsive when issues did arise. I did also message him about some things that needed to be changed for future guests. Overall with those changes, we would 100% stay here again.

Fabulous Accomodations!

Our host greeted us and give us a tour of the house. All instructions were easily available. The house was very well equipped with a full kitchen and excellent appliances. The pool and lanai were lovely with plenty of seating and a refrigerator and table to eat outside. Towels and bedding were high quality ; many beach towels and chairs to take to the beach. This is the first time we stayed for nearly 3 months. Shopping was very near and restaurants were easily accessible as well. Our host checked in regularly to be sure we had what we needed. We would highly recommend this house

Great layout of home

We loved our stayed in Port Charlotte. Our oldest son was playing baseball in the Snowbird Classic and we stayed in this fantastic home for the week. The location was perfect for the fields, groceries, and plenty of places to eat. We spent our evenings in Punta Gorda at Fisherman's Village where there's great food and an ocean view. The home itself was perfect for us, great layout w access to the pool from several rooms. There were plenty of towels, comfortable beds and blankets, and a nice bottle of red wine waiting for us. It was a little pricey for the week but we were happy to be comfortable and have the privacy of a home. There were cameras everywhere, and the lights came on the pool camera at night one eve, made us a little curious...but otherwise great vacation rental. Thanks!

Spacious House with Everything

This was a great place to stay and located very close to grocery stores, movie theater, indoor mall, many restaurants, Wal-Mart and much more. The layout of the house with three bedrooms on one side and the primary suite on the other side was perfect for my family. The house had nice amenities and was very clean. Fast wi-fi allowed my daughter to “work from home.” Our host was fantastic. He responded immediately about a couple issues and resolved everything very quickly to my complete satisfaction. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai heated by two wall heaters on cool evenings. My grandson was brave enough to jump in the heated pool even on chilly days. Thanks to a wonderful host and house we enjoyed our two-week stay.

Perfect

We had a last minute trip and was not sure how many family members were coming. The house is big enough for a family of 10. Having 3 bathrooms made it easy for everyone. One of the showers has 2 shower heads and 1 is removable for a handheld, perfect for those with little kids. 2 of the bathrooms, along with multiple rooms, have direct access to the lanai. The house is clean with plenty of storage, towels, and necessities. Furniture is comfortable, to include the beds. Heated pool is awesome and has a “sitting” ledge inside the pool. The upgrades in this home are unbelievable. Enjoyed every minute!

Absolutely Beautiful!

Couldn't have asked for a better stay. This house is beautiful, spacious, and perfectly located. Less than 5 minutes from several stores, restaurants and charlotte sports park! Cliff was a great host and was very accommodating! The pool was amazing and I loved how modern the house felt. I would recommend Cliff's property to anyone looking for a clean, nice place to stay in the Port Charlotte area :)
