I wanted to share feedback about our stay. The pool was unusable for two days, despite being advertised as heated. On day one, the water was already cold. Overnight the temperature dropped even more, and the next day it was so cold we couldn’t even sit on the edge with our feet in.When we spoke with Olga, we were told the temperature was correct and that the heater runs at night. To verify, we purchased our own thermometer — the water was 79F, which is not acceptable for a heated pool.We also learned that the pump turns off at 5 p.m., which means water can’t circulate through the heater at night. This contradicts what we were told and makes it impossible for the pool to maintain a proper temperature.Unfortunately, this ruined our time at the property. We ended up sitting on the deck for two days instead of being able to use the pool as expected. Because of this experience, we would not stay here again.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
