Stay in our brand new rental property in the quiet and waterfront community of South Gulf Cove. With 4 bedrooms and a sparkling pool overlooking the canal, just 15 miles to Gulf of Mexico blue water beaches, this is the perfect relaxing vacation spot for the whole family. 



Walking into this slightly open floor plan home, the spacious and bright formal dining room greets you, the perfect place for family game night or a full Thanksgiving meal, the family will make wonderful memories around this table. 

The kitchen with brand new gorgeous countertops is open to the family room overlooking the pool deck and canal waters beyond, so cooking includes great views and interaction.



The lanai is the best place to soak up the Florida sunshine, with the beautiful pool steps away, the chaise loungers are the place to be! Enjoy dining al fresco on the lanai dninig table overlooking the canal waters of the Lillian waterway in South Gulf Cove, with controlled water levels, this canal network is controlled via the lock system at the top of the community that leads out to Charlotte Harbor. There are even pool screens that can be lowered when using the pool deck to gain some privacy.



This is a pet-friendly home!  A non-refundable cleaning fee per dog plus tax will apply when you let us know you're bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit. 

Pet must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival. 



The garage has one bay available for guest use. Full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room. There is no boat dock. 



Pool heat is an additional cost per week or per month plus tax.  This pool faces north.

The BBQ includes a propane tank, we do not provide refills for propane, guests are welcome to swap the tank for a full tank at the local store. 

BBQ use is included in our guest stay, if the BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.



This is a self-catering house stay!

We will provide a welcome pack including the following:

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

1 roll of paper towels

2 packets of dishwasher detergent

2 packets of laundry soap

"hotel-size" shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom

1 Garbage can liner in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items. 

This is an industry-standard practice.
