Coastal Paradise with HEATED POOL

Private, quiet HEATED pool home located between 41 Hwy and I75 for easy access to all FL destinations, and only 13 miles from Punta Gorda airport, and 38 Miles from Fort Myers Airport. This 2-bedroom/2 bath home provides everything you need to have a truly relaxing and perfect vacation. Relax next to the 24’x12’ pool and enjoy the Florida lifestyle with all the amenities of downtown, Fishermans Village, parks, beaches, shopping, dining, golf, & walking trails to explore.

The Master bedroom features a King size bed, walk-in closet and master bathroom with shower, with direct access to the Lanai and heated pool area. There is a pack n play in the master suite closet for your little ones! The 2nd bedroom features a Queen bed and twin trundle with en-suite bathroom and access to the kitchen area. Living room couch has a pull out bed if needed.
All linens, towels and pool towels are provided. The kitchen has everything you need to cook from home. Outside there is an electric George Foreman grill, beautiful lanai and heated pool.

Great stay

This is a very well stocked home. The pool was great. The hosts were on top of everything and communication was great. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Lisa was very friendly and responded immediately when I contacted her.We loved the pool and the outdoor area.The neighbors were friendly and we felt safe in the area.We also liked the proximity to airport as well as restaurants and stores and Punta Gorda.

Cute house great location!

The house is cute - very cozy. Pool area is very nice and the water was pleasantly warm. Host is so easy to correspond with. Location is very close to everything you could possibly want or need. Beaches aren’t too far away. Would definitely use this property again.

Very Pleasant Week

Very quiet and relaxing. Lisa is the perfect host. We had only one reason to ask her for input and she reacted immediately. The property is quaint, clean, well equipped and comfortable. The pool was sparkling clean.

Perfect size and location

This house was perfect for our family! We've been coming to Port Charlotte for years now to visit family. Due to the large number of family members this past Thanksgiving, we decided to rent a house so we weren't so crowded at the in- laws. We found this adorable house that's exactly what we needed and is the perfect location for us because it's only 3 blocks from the rest of the family. If you're not super familiar with the area, this house is pretty centrally located in the middle of everything. You're only minutes away from shopping, grocery stores, drug stores, fast food & other restaurants. You're also not more than about 15-20 minutes from the beach or Punta Gorda. My husband and I stayed in the room with the queen bed and had our own full bathroom. We even had a roll out twin under the bed if needed. Our 2 youngest son's slept on the couch bed in the living room and our oldest son and wife slept in the master with their 1 year old daughter. They didn't even have to bring their pack n play because the house had one. The house was super clean and has everything you need.

We enjoyed our stay. We visited Fishermans Village while we were there which was very close. I love that. It was provided menus for takeout restaurants but mostly I love just relaxing in the heated pool. Lisa provided sunscreen and after sun care, which was nice to have there since we flew in and we’re limited to what we could carry with us. I would definitely stay there again when we come back to visit family.
