This community offers a private boat ramp, fishing pier, playground, and pavilion for picnics overlooking the water. Enjoy a family day at the Tampa Bay Rays spring training stadium, located 5 minutes away, or have a relaxing day at the beach, we are centrally located to blue waters and white sand, Englewood Beach, Manasota Key and Boca Grande.
