- This house has a large backyard leading to the canal with it's own dock and boat launch/lift for your boat. 2 kayaks provided at your own risk. There is a large heated pool under a lanai. There is a propane barbecue on the back patio. This house is only minutes to various local hospitals such as HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital and Advent Health/ Port Charlotte!
