Welcome to Stump Pass Place on Manasota Key. A perfect mix of comfort, nature and unmatched amenities. Just a 3 minute walk to our neighborhood beach or a just 4 minute walk to Stump Pass State Park at the end of our street. Here you can go to the beach, launch the water toys, and making lifelong memories. Stump Pass State Park has one of the most beautiful pristine beaches in all of Florida!

Located on the southern tip of Manasota Key, we enjoy offering couples and family's a wonderful value added vacation and a great guest experience as well. Make sure to take full advantage of our FREE Kayaks, Sups, beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers and much more!

NO ferries or water taxi needed. Just drive over the bridge to our island and enjoy your freedom and spontaneity.

Lush tropical landscaping will lead you to your suite. Enter the open floor plan, living room, dining area and fully stocked kitchen. Cook, dine, or relax in your own back yard patio. This area is truly a tropical paradise complete with Weber grill, commercial grade outdoor table, chairs, chaise lounges, lush landscaping and soft night lighting. Don't forget to experience showering in our custom made outdoor showers. There's just nothing like showering outside under they blue sky and tropical palm trees.

The wildlife here is amazing! You will see pelicans diving for fish, osprey in tree tops, and herons on the beach. Dolphins and manatee are always swimming the shoreline and sea turtles choose this paradise to lay their eggs. Don't forget to bring your camera! Also make sure to look down in the sand. Prehistoric shark teeth and beautiful shells are never hard to find and are abundant on the beaches of the Key. Go shelling then return home to rinse your souvenirs in our custom made Shell Cleaning Station.

Bring your friends and family! There are four other individual suites on site and two other duplexes right next door "The Highview" and "The Pool House".

Our community pool is located just ten minutes from the house inside the Ann & Chuck Dever Regional park, 7001 San Casa Dr Englewood34223. Phone number 941-683-3743. The cost is $3 a day per person. For a pool on site see our VRBO listing numbers 2115647, 2117585 and 2116971.

Remember, bikes, kayaks, Stand up paddle boards and so much more are located on site and included with your rental! No additional fees or charges! Have fun on us!

Great Getaway!

We had a blast staying at Stump Pass! The rooms were clean and new. Well stocked apartment with privacy when you needed it or wanted it. Steps from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and nice bars. Hope you will have us back in the future. Dr. Gresham

Last minute spring break trip

Everything was as listed. We enjoyed our stay. If you are traveling with teenage girls do note that 1 bathroom with only 1 mirror might be tight. The property owner was great and everything was very clean and just like it was listed. Overall, we’d definitely come back!

Cute, friendly little cottage stay

Stay was great, place was very cute and close to the beach. Other guests were great besides the above neighbors who were very foot heavy when they were there. We didn’t get to use some of the amenities but all were convenient. Beach was a lot less busy than the others which I like. Local shops and food were good. Walking at night & morning was refreshing esp sitting on the beach and watching the storms. Over all…we will be back!

Great Place Close to Beach

Very nice rooms with plenty of amenities, including beach gear and kayaks. Close to the Stump Pass State Park which has a very nice beach and trails. Also located within walking distance to the restaurants and bars located on Englewood Beach. Owners are very responsive.

We had a wonderful week. The suite was very clean and provided easy access to Stump Pass State Park and other area beaches. We liked the laid back atmosphere of the surrounding area and will definitely consider renting here again!

The Highview has everything you need to enjoy the beautiful Englewood beach. Loved the kayaks and paddle boards! We were lucky to see dolphins and manatees on our ventures. The outdoor showers and shell washing stations were great.

Great location - everything you need for the beach and more!!!

Laundry facility was clean and awesome. Everything you need is here for a nice vacation - heater, cooking items you name- it was on the property! We took our grandson to get sharks teeth and he found over 200 in two days. Relaxing vacation and location! We stayed 4 nights and plan to go back soon

Amazing vacation and great location!

We had a wonderful stay. There were 10 of us and we rented 3 units and had plenty of room. It was one of our favorite beaches. The kids loved riding the bikes to the beach. We will definitely be back. We found lots of sharks teeth and shell. It was a blast!
