The Space:

Sunny & 75 is a 5 bed, 5.5 bath home with private swimming pool! This home is 2600 square feet and features 3 master suites with king beds and ensuite baths. The fourth bedroom has 4 king beds and ensuite bath. The bunk room features 2 queen beds, 2 full beds, and 6 twin beds. This home sleeps 26 comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs, including stainless steel appliances and dual refrigerators, and plenty of seating around the bar and large dining table. The home also offers Smart TVs and high speed internet for your convenience.

Outdoors, the deck has picnic tables and lounge chairs with a view of the Gulf, and a private pool. Downstairs features abundant parking, a picnic table, charcoal grill, and sand shower - perfect for rinsing off after your day on the beach.

This property also offers a cargo lift - just what you need for getting your luggage and those heavy coolers of food/drinks upstairs!

Small dogs (under 35 pounds) allowed with additional fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

Great time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great place to rent. The whole family loved it there. In the kitchen it did not have a big skillet to cook in.
