Welcome to your next great adventure, The S.S. Esmeralda. This newly built home has plenty of space with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is only a quick, 3-minute walk from the beach. In the ideal location, you’ll enjoy close proximity to a variety of restaurants, stores, and activities. The S.S. Esmeralda is the perfect place to build memories while enjoying relaxing days at the beach, soaking up the sun and listening to the ocean’s waves.

The space
As soon as you step foot into the S.S. Esmeralda , your vacation begins. The home's decor, matching the essence of the beach down the street, will make you feel right at home. The S.S. Esmeralda provides 3 spacious bedrooms, a comfortable accommodation for 8 people.


The "Captain’s Quarters" offers a king mattress with a 42" smart tv. The bathroom has double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a huge bathtub to soak away your stress. It also comes fully stocked with access to a walk-in closet.

The other two bedrooms grant similar comfort and ambience: The "First Mate’s Quarters" is roomy with a queen mattress and private closet. The "Crew’s Quarters" includes 4 twin mattresses, outlets next to each bunk, and a treasure chest filled with board games for all ages. The 2nd bathroom is fully stocked with double sinks and a spacious shower/bath combo.

Fit to feed the whole crew, the "Galley" has a stove, microwave, toaster oven, and a refrigerator with ice maker. It’s fully stocked with all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare with after a long day in the sun. In addition, a complimentary coffee bar along with a mini fridge will keep your favorite beverages chilled to combat the Texas heat.

To help you clean up the day, the Laundry Room has a washer and dryer set on site, complete with complimentary detergent and dryer sheets.

Stepping outside, you’ll be greeted with two amazing spaces, ideal for hanging out and enjoying the views. Upstairs has a large patio bar that comes with a built-in sink. To complement, the downstairs bar offers a 14' banquet table, easily able to accommodate a crew’s feast!

Finally, after a beautiful day at the beach, an outdoor shower awaits on the side of the home to rinse off any sand and saltwater.

Great Stay

This was a great place to stay for the week. Very clean and everything we needed. Greatly enjoyed the tiki bar upstairs so we didn't have to walk down stairs for the party.

Fabulous Property

We vacation in Crystal Beach every summer, and this beautiful property is by far the nicest we've visited. We will definifely be booking here again next year. Communication, location, ammenities, cleanliness, everything was perfect!

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed our first visit to this area - the house is very comfortable. Although we couldn’t enjoy the beach - it was very windy we did walk it one day and enjoyed looking for seashells. We took a day trip to Galveston and NASA - and the ferry was an enjoyable experience. Groceries are easy to find and dinner at Stingarees was delicious.

Very nice house and excellent location. Probably one of my favorite houses I’ve rented in crystal beach ever. The only thing I would complain about is there were a lot stickers burrs in the living room carpet. Someone obviously disrespected the property that stayed before us. No shoes or flops inside should be a rule . Overall would love to rent again.

Fabulous getaway

The property was absolutely beautiful. Extremely clean and well decorated. I seriously do not have a bad thing to say about the property. This was my 3rd time renting a beach house in Crystal Beach and by far the best one! Very short walk to the beach was great as well.

Spring Break 2024

This was our second time staying at this beach house. I have always chosen diff beach houses in years past, but the first time we stayed here, it met and exceeded all our needs and wants. So we now will look to rent this same one for our trips. The owner is very helpful and responsive.

Perfect getaway

We have stayed at several homes in Crystal Beach in the past few years, and this one was the best so far. Newer home with nice furnishings and very clean. Everything we needed was provided. Not too far of a walk to the beach. Loved the tiki bar areas both downstairs & upstairs. House layout is great, 2 bedrooms on one side & master on the other. Furniture is comfortable and large TV in living room was a plus. Great location to local shops, etc. Josh was awesome and very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!
