The Space:

Welcome to your charming beach getaway! This 2 bedroom, 1 bath beach cabin offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal living. The deck has covered and uncovered sections, so you can sunbathe or relax in the shade on a swing. You're just a short ride away from the beach.



The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need, including a regular drip coffee maker. It is open to the comfy living room, and a cute dining table that's also perfect for games! For your convenience, there is high speed internet available.



Patty's Paradise sleeps 4 comfortably, and is great for a small family. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, and the second bedroom features a queen as well.



Downstairs you'll find another cozy, fenced-in seating area with swings and a charcoal grill.



No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Nice Little Cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I rented this cabin for a weekend getaway. It was clean, well-decorated and furnished, and everything we expected it to be. We will rent it again. The beach was enjoyable even though it was crowded for Spring Break.

Great Stay at Patty's Paradise

I brought my mom, Patty, and aunt for a long weekend. The rental was comfortable and had great air conditioning. It was nothing fancy, older unit, but clean and well kept. We enjoyed our time there.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was prefect. The house was pretty clean, comfortable, and prefect space. Only thing i can really complain about is paying $100 extra for linens...which was four towels couple sheets and 2 awful blankets for the beds....also expect you to do dishes with no dish soap provided...

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only thing was the cleaning crew left the dirty laundry right outside the front door. Found that a little odd. But heck we were on vacation and we were not going to let that ruin it for us. It was an eye sore but we just left it where it was and ignored it. That is the only thing I really had any issues with and as I stated I just tried to ignore it. But if I would have been staying any longer I would have reached out and asked for the dirty laundry to be removed.

Swedes reality is terrible!!!!!!!

First off swedes is rude until you are standing in front of them!If you ask about canceling through email they will ignore you.This location was a nice neighborhood and close to the beach but beware.look closesly. We found thc gummies left on top of the fridge. The toilet didnt work when we arrived and we contacted through email and i had a maintenance man the next day early mornings. The beds listed as queens and they are not. Queen sheets dont fit. Will never stay agin. Was not worth the troubles of inaccuracies and rude management staff.
