Lazy Days is a relaxed luxury beachfront home in the Crenneland neighborhood with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths that sleeps 12.


The semi-private 1500 sq. ft. deck offers amazing sunrise views whether lying in one of the hammocks, seated at the outdoor dining table, or sipping coffee or tea from the porch swings by the fire pit. There are outdoor games of Giant Jenga and Connect Four for guests’ enjoyment.

Inside, a comfortably appointed living room provides an inviting place for family and friends to gather and share important moments. A 75” smart tv allows access to entertainment. If family gatherings center around food, Lazy Days features a five-burner electric glass cooktop, double oven, under-counter microwave drawer, and Tovala smart oven in the kitchen. There is seating for 8 at the dining table and 4 more at the peninsula bar.

The primary bedroom is airy and spacious. Furnished with a king-sized contemporary canopy bed, this room offers direct access to the deck. There is an en suite bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower and dual sinks leave plenty of room for toiletries. The King room with art that celebrate the owner’s travels to Australia presents a king size bed with en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a shower. If you’re looking for a more tropical vibe, the Queen Room may be the perfect place to set your bags and rest your head. The queen size bed is tucked snugly into this cozy retreat. The Three Queen Room is a large, shared sleeping quarters with 3 queen size beds. No bunks here. The feeling of this room is both bright and calm. A 75” smart tv offers the best spot for those traveling gamers to plug and play whichever console they packed for the trip.

Downstairs, Lazy Days offers more space to enjoy hanging with family and friends. Porch and individual swings offer fun seating for those fun back and forth conversations. There is a pub table for gaming or drinking, and a conversational pit to lounge on with those closest to you. An outdoor double-sided four rain head shower offers a nice place for the nature crowd to rinse off after a day on the sand or in the Gulf.

A stay at Lazy Days is meant to be a relaxing getaway from the business of everyday life, a moment to enjoy the simple pleasures, and a celebration of all good things.

Great family vacation

We loved everything about our stay. It was right next to a beautiful beach, dog friendly, swings, fire to roast marshmallows. We had an amazing week. We are ready to do it again!

Wonderful

I rented this home with my sister. The house is beautiful and the location is absolutely perfect. The house is located right on the beach, local restaurants nearby as well as the ferry which runs 24/7 and is free! We enjoyed our stay tremendously and hope to return! Highly recommend!

We’ve never stayed in this location of the beach before and I would consider renting it next year again. It well suited my family. The deck is so spacious...loved the two swings!!The only hiccup was the dryer. It wasn’t heating. I called Cobb’s and they sent maintenance who came out in a timely fashion. He said he had to order a new part but put in a used part until the new one came in but unfortunately the dryer still didn’t properly and the new part didn’t come in in time for us. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time!!!

The home was great and well designed, and the deck was amazing. Very roomy for multiple families. If not for the multiple power outages on the peninsula that week, this would have been one of the best weeks ever.

Fabulous beach front home that is spacious and perfect for a great families!

Our family rents a beach house every Easter. This by far was our favorite. The location was perfect. The rooms were fully decorated, and the kitchen was stocked. It was easy access to the beach and the yard was really safe for kids! Definitely recommended!

Lazy Days Family Beach VACAY

Location was primo. House was very functional for our group. Property starting to show some age/wear & tear. Deck needs attention real soon. BBQ grill was dirty on arrival with no tools to clean before or after use. Kids found several rusty nails/staples/etc. that probably came from deck. Definitely would stay here again primarily because of locatiion/beach access and room configuration in house for our family.
