FAMILY BEACH FRONT with panoramic views of the Gulf Coast.

Sea la Vie is a beach front with unobstructed views of the Gulf. The large patio has an outdoor eating area and tall lounge chairs to ensure a relaxing view of the ocean. The large, open living room, kitchen, dining area is a wonderful gathering place; and, the vaulted ceiling adds to the open feel. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and has a large dining bar to allowing everyone to join in the cooking/baking/eating experience.
Sea la Vie sleeps 10 in beds. The master bedroom features a king bed and an on suite with double sink and large shower. The second bedroom comes with a queen bed. And, the third bedroom accommodates 6 with full under twin bunk beds. Both the second and third bedrooms share a second bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Downstairs features covered parking, an outdoor shower, and a built-in picnic table.

The house was very clean and in an amazing quiet location, we enjoyed our weekend!!! The only criticism, glad we had no kids with us because 1 TV would not have worked!!!!!!

Love that the beach is literally steps away and there’s not a large dune obstructing foot access or views. Makes it so nice that our grandchildren can easily run up to the house to eat, restroom or nap and not have to pack up and drive. The house is clean, tidy and has plenty of room.

Wonderful Annual Sisters Trip

My two sisters & myself had a wonderful stay at Sea La Vie & will recommend it to friends & other family members. House is clean with very comfortable beds & sheets! Towels were very soft & nice! Over all a very nice place to stay.

Perfect for family fun!

We had a great stay! beautiful views of sunrise. Everything was clean and exactly as it was described. The beach was full of seashells and different treasures to look for the kids and the dogs absolutely loved it. We will definitely be back.

Birding trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The rental was close to a lot of great birding sites and we loved our ocean view each day. We especially appreciated the purple martin house in front of the rental. We were glad that we read other reviews that recommended buying groceries before arriving as groceries and restaurants are limited in the area.

Easy Stay!

Stayed with Wife, a 4 and 8 y/o, my parents and mother in law, and 1 dog as well Right on the beach! Lots of shells 🐚 to look through, house was cozy and felt secluded without being too far away from everything, house was clean, great spot great price

Quiet & Directly on the Beach

We loved how quiet this end of the peninsula is even on the weekend. We didn't have to worry about traffic on the beach and our grandchildren playing. The house was extremely cleaned and well stocked with linens and kitchen equipment We loved our stay

Had a great time!

We loved our stay. Eric & Cathy are terrific hosts. We forgot some clothes and they got them back to us. House is right on the beach! The only caveat is that the winds were up (25-30) when we were there & the house rocked us to sleep. If you are prone to motion sickness, be prepared. We had no issues & hope to rent again!

Relaxing on the Bolivar

A hop, skip, and a jump to the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the spacious porch overlooking the beach and water. We enjoyed every moment. Thank you for a great place to stay!!!!

My husband, 2 dogs and I all had a lovely stay. Cathy & Eric were great hosts and very responsive (we could find nothing on internet passwords). The house was spotless, fantastic location and that fabulous balcony!

A wonderful place to unwind & relax

We really enjoyed our stay here it was so nice to be right on the beach. We spent time sitting on the deck enjoying the views, walking on the beach, and visiting some of the local sites. This was my first trip to the ocean and I have to say we picked the best place for this experience. Was nice we could bring our dog Buddy with us too. We would definitely stay here again.

So Relaxing

Our family had a wonderful stay! The house was perfectly stocked with all the essentials. Beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our family of five. It was a quiet and peaceful location that allowed our family to play board games, work on puzzles, bbq, and take nice walks on the beach. Love that it was clean while being pet friendly! Hostess was great, and answered questions clearly and quickly. We had such a memorable, and well-needed vacation.

Beautiful Location

The house was amazing and literally walk out onto the beach. WE traveled with 2 adults and 4 kids (ages 4-17) and everyone found something they enjoyed from playing on the beach, in the water, or just laying on the sand. Plenty of sleeping room for everyone and what we needed to cook (though let's be honest we went out to eat a lot to). The owner's were some of the best to work with. Very accommodating and kind. Would HIGHLY recommend this house to rent and we would rent it again.

Long weekend in Bolivar

We had a deliteful weekend in Bolivar staying at this property. It is well stocked with most things you would need. The host is great with communication and quick to respond. You can’t beat this beach front home!

Texas hidden gem!

The house was super nice and clean. Very cozy and peaceful. The beach was wonderful. Not too many people around, which was awesome. 10/10 would recommend choosing this spot! We will definitely be back!
