This roomy RV features a large cozy bedroom with a King size bed, a sleeping loft that sleeps four with seperate TV's and headphones for the kids. A spacious living room with hi ceilings, two recliners and a section couch with plenty of options for enertainment, including a 65" Tv, Fiber Wifi & Xbox and streaming serives. Set-up perectly for large families. This modern kitchen offers seating for six with a bar top style island and functional prep area for meals, with plenty of appliances for your cooking needs. Complamentry coffee bar with a Kurige coffee maker, air fryer, two burner top with criddle, slow cooker and more. Take the party outside to our indoor/outdoor bar that seats five and enjoy the game on the two 65" tv with streaming services included. Also features and additional outdoor shower, seating bech and hot tub with privacy screens and fully covered.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Standard pack in / pack out/ Empty trash and take with you from both RV and outside bar. Please do not leave food or drink in the inside or out side fridge
Assure all lights noted are turned off and doors are locked. Leave noted lights and switches on, lock bar and rolll up doors. Please make sure all faucets are off and the hot tub is set to 45 degress
Please make sure all faucets are off and the hot tub tempature is set to 45 degrees when leaving and put all dirty/wet towels in outside bar shower floor when checking out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
