The house was great; beautiful home with lots of space and great views. There are two -three empty lots on the first row in front of the house so you get beautiful ocean views. CLEAN and well equipped.The sandpiper neighborhoods beach walkover was a 5 minute walk, if that. It would have been great if the yard was fenced in for the pups but the dogs did fine. The baseball diamond, soccer field and covered basketball court is a block or so behind the house, so that was great for the kids.The gate on the stairs does not have a lock so we made a temporary one out of a tow strap for the dogs for the top deck, since the yard is not fenced. No biggie. Hot water does not last long in the house, even if you are the first one to get to the saved hot water; maybe 5 minutes or so of hot water. We didnt care that much, but on cold mornings it would have been nice to have hot showers you didn't rush through. Beds were comfortable, the rooms are spacious, beautiful and the layout was great for our family of 7 plus 2 dogs. The downstairs has plenty of space(well lit space too) and chairs to hangout around the bar top. We will definitely be staying again.
